There’s a rumor in the wild that Full Tilt Poker has lost its gaming license permanently. Aparently Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has revoked FTP’s gaming license for good as they also suspect that Full Tilt was a huge ponzi scheme.
According to the source (iGaming Post), they got the news from a reliable person who is working close to AGCC and Full Tilt Poker’s case.
There hasn’t been any confirmation of the rumor yet.
According to the source, AGCC is still negotiating with Full Tilt about the license payments and such.
Looks like Full Tilt hasn’t found any investors to buy their business and if FTP’s gaming license is revoked, they will need to file a bankrupt plan.
At the same time SubjectPoker.com is telling that FTP is negotiating with some French investors and FTP tries to get their EU license up and the site running.
All the possible investors might back up though, as FTP is under suspection that the company was ran like a ponzi scheme and site owners like Howard Lederer and Chris “Jesus” Ferguson would have raised tens of millions of dollars straight from the “player accounts”.
