Full Tilt lawyer Jeff Ifrah asnwering some questions

One of the Full Tilt Poker lawyers, Jeff Ifrah has began to answer some questions on 2+2 forums. Ifrah is asking for the former FTP players to write down some questions and he is trying to answer them as best as he can.
Ifrah creted an account to 2+2 forums where people can send him questions, but looks like that only few people have actually asked him anything reasonable.
Here are some of the Q&A:
“i_am_fish1″ asks if the players will get their money back.
Jeff Ifrah: Since FTP started the process of speaking with outside investors that has been their entire focus 24/7. They have made crystal clear to every investor that the US players and European players must be paid. I don’t understand what you mean in your last question by “lower”?
“irockhoess” wants to know why FTP has been so silent after the seizure.
Ifrah: “The company was unable to say anything for the past eight week due to a confidentiality agreement. Now it is ready and willing to make up for that silence. The idea of separately timed statements is to make sure the statement is clear and concise instead of overloaded with information. I hope that once the statements are out this will become more evident. I realize it is somewhat cold comfort right now and apologize for that.”
“Mycology” is asking about Ifrah’s motive and has he been authorized to answerd these questions.
Ifrah: “Nobody did. I am answering questions that I do not believe are privileged and passing the others to the company. I take responsibility for not having been able to get the company to issue its statement sooner.”
Looks liek there’s not that much new info on that 2+2 thread, but it can’t be bad if FTP lawyer has stepped up to answer the demand. There are huge load of questions Ifrah can’t answer though.
FTP’s official hearing is being held on September 15.
