Both Cereus Network sites, UB.com and Absolute Poker, are most likely closing their sites for good. According to MSNBC.com, both of the sites are heading towards bankruptcy.

Cereus Network have already dismissed 300 of their employees in Costa Rica and it is about 95% of their whole staff.
Unfortunately this most likely means that people who have their money on UB or Absolute Poker will not see their money ever again.
On the other hand, PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker customers will get all their money back - PokerStars have already began to pay their US customers and Full Tilt will begin to do so in the near future.
UPDATE 06.05.2011:
Cereus Network owner Blanca Gaming denies the allegations that Absolute Poker and UB.com are bankrupt. Non-US players withdrawal limits have been increased to $1,000 for Visa and $500 for all other methods. Read the whole press release here.
