Gus Hansen and Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies like to go in a full verbal “war” with each other. It’s no surprise that Hansen won’t spare his words for Ilari in the latest short interview he gave to CardPlayer.

“Who do they think they are? John Wayne? I know [Ilari] “Ziigmund” [Sahamies] thinks he can deep stack outplay anyone in the world, but obviously looking at his results he can’t.”
“Why do you want to put in $500,000 in a $200-$400 game just to get it all in when you have top set against flush and straight draws. Why do you want to flip a coin for that amount? It seems like players today think the bigger the better, because they think they are the greatest of all time.”
Sahamies won over $280K from Hansen yesterday (who is in Finland at the moment, watching The European Championships of Squash), but “Ziigmund” has already lost the winnings and even more, he is down about 460,000 dollars for the day.
“ronnyr37617″ has managed to get the biggest winnings so far, $452K. Antonius is not far behind with his $344K winnings.
