Phil Gordon won the tournament and $130,641 dollars. He donated the whole sum back to charity - just like last year when he worked his way to the final table of the same tournament. In heads-up Gordon beat Shannon Elizabeth who recently signed a professional deal with CarbonPoker.
After his victory Gordon told to Pokernews that even though the tournament was not about winning a bracelet, it feels like that. Elizabeth shared Gordon’s view and hoped that her earlier WSOP tournaments would have worked out in the same way.
The final results:
| 1 | Phil Gordon | $130,641 | |
| 2 | Shannon Elizabeth | $80,737 | |
| 3 | Alex Filatov | $56,516 | |
| 4 | Carter Phillips | $41,166 | |
