The WSOP Event #8 – $1,500 NLHE attracted a massive 2,341 entries. After the first two days the 25 best players continued chasing the first price of $568,974. But Phil Hellmuth is probably more fascinated about the idea of winning his 12th bracelet than pure money…

The most successful player throughout the history of the WSOP gets to start chasing for the bracelet from excellent position. Hellmuth will start the third tournament day with the fifth biggest stack (556k) of the remaining players. By winning Hellmuth would also click on the critics who claim that his skills are not sufficient for making big profits in today’s tournaments.
Already in this phase it is sure that Hellmuth will break the previous record (already in his own name) concerning the amount of WSOP winnings. No matter how this event will end, the Poker Brat will get his 76th WSOP winning mark. It is equally certain that winning the 12th bracelet would really be shown and heard far - and long.
