Freddy Deeb (pictured below), who has won over 7 million dollars from live tournaments during his career, won the WPT Paris High Roller tournament and the first price of 290,000 euro.

In heads-up Deeb encountered this year’s tournament comet Sorel Mizzi. Mizzi was already close to winning, but then Deeb pulled a bit successfully over Mizzi’s AK with his AQ - and took the lead. Eventually Deeb managed to scrape together all the chips to himself.
Roger Hairabedian (40 000 €) came third and Gianni Giaroni (25 262 €) was fourth.
Mizzi, who started the WPT Paris High Roller final from chiplead, has earned already more than 1,4 million bucks from this year’s tournaments.
Altogether 24 players took part in the High Roller.
The final prize pool:
1. Freddy Deeb 290,000 €
2. Sorel Mizzi 120,000 €
3. Roger Hairabedian 40,000 €
4. Gianni Giaroni 25,262 €
