WPT World Championships: Ivey, Dwan and Negreanu eliminated

Second day of WPT World Championships (buy-in $25,000+500) has been played at Bellagio. Roughly half of the field have been eliminated and 98 players from the original 195 will continue tomorrow to hunt down the $1,530,537 first prize.

Faraz Jaka (597,1k) took the lead after two days, Shawn Buchanan (596,6k) holds the second place and on the third place is Brandon Cantu (520k).
Other familiar people continuing the play are Yevgeniy Timoshenko (300k), Brian Lemke (260k), David Benyamine (230k), Scotty Nguyen (115k) and Howard Lederer (95k).

There has been some notable eliminations as well already: Phil Ivey, Tom “durrrr” Dwan, Daniel Negreanu, Gavin Smith and Sorel Mizzi.
There were 195 players who started in the WPT World Championships. Winner takes down a nice $1,530,537 pot and even the second place finisher will get $1,034,715. The starting stack was 100k.
