Full Tilt Poker legal team is quite busy these days. There’s still that unresolved $40 million lawsuit of Clonie Gowen and now there’s another one. Jason Newitt filed a new case on September 11, 2009.

Jason Newitt
There’s not much information at the moment apart from this:
Jason Newitt
vs.
Tiltware; Full Tilt Poker; Pocket Kings Ltd.; Pocket Kings Consulting Ltd.; Raymond Bitar; Howard Lederer
9/11/2009
Contract action. Plaintiff says he was unfairly fired, and that his distribution payments were unfairly ceased. Defendants then took control of his ownership.
Newitt is an ex-employee who accidentally forwarded an e-mail by Howard Lederer which had confidential information about Jimmy “Gobboboy” Fricke. Lederer considered Fricke as a “freak and very weird dude”. Apparently this lead to Hewitt’s dismissal and lawsuit.
The original e-mail stated:
The guy’s a freak and a very weird dude. He is also quite young. I think we should stay away.
