Phil Ivey has not been playing a lot on Full Tilt Poker lately, but when he does play he makes his presence known. In his last session he battled against Sami “LarsLuzak” Kelopuro, who lost some money to Tom “durrrr” Dwan and Patrik Antonius earlier in the day, making up for a total loss of $1,500,000 so far this year for him.

Phil Ivey dominated LarsLuzak in the heads up session, winning a total of $449k. He played his hands aggressive as always and made some good reads, also against Durrrr later that night. In the session against Lars, one hand reached a pot size of $248k which went to Phil in classic Ivey-style.
In the short session against Tom “durrrr” Dwan, recently unofficially adding his name among the professionals after playing a solid game in the series ‘High Stakes Poker’ and ‘Poker after dark’, Ivey took down a pot worth $260k after calling a preflop 3bet with marginal holdings and then questionable calling the continuation bet, which did work out eventually.
