Quick visit at ACED Poker for Jamie Gold - contract terminated!

There must be something wrong with Jamie Gold and sponsorship deals, as this was second time when 2006 WSOP main event champion made a bad choice of sponsorship. His previous affair with Bodog lasted six months and this time it was even shorter.

First Bodog, now Aced. What is wrong with my sponsors?
A spokesman for Gold claimed that ACED Poker is the side to blame for the termination of the contract. The site failed to follow through on promises they made and that at least one written part of the contract had been broken.
Jamie Gold represented ACED Poker at the PaddyPower.com Irish Poker Open and at an Oscar Night poker even, but didn’t receive the payment of his and his agent’s expenses.
The deal with Aced.com was supposed to be huge for both the player and the site, non-spesific rumors talk about eight-figure deal, but apparently Aced.com was not up to task. Merge Gaming Network, network that Aced.com is part of, still remains only 17th busiest poker network despite the short involvement of the former champ.
