After Full Tilt Poker opened new $500/$1000 mixed HA-table and Pot Limit Omaha table with equal sized blinds the action has been just huge! Yesterday it was Phil “OMGClayAiken” Galfond who broke some records when he gathered the winnings of over $1.7 million in NL and PLO tables!

High Stakes games have been forming lately around new player called “ahtata” and yesterday wasn’t an exception. “Ahtata” was indeed the biggest loser yesterday, dropping around $694k. Some rumors say that “ahtata” might be just another account of Guy Laliberte. Anyhow, he seems to be the fish that sharks are following right now.
Other big loser in NL and PLO was Gus Hansen, who lost almost $600k. On the other hand, Hansen won over $700k in mixed HA table, so he actually managed to gather some winnings yesterday. Galfond was the biggest loser in mixed games, as he dropped around $750k in these games, so his day was worth “only” about million bucks.
Gus Hansen is known for his sometimes strange calls, but yesterday he made some speculative plays because of mistakes. In one hand he went preflop all-in with QT offsuit for $70k and Galfond called him with AK and won the pot. After the hand Hansen said that he had pressed the wrong button to go all-in.
