Schwartz, who start the final table holding the 5th largest chip stack, has been in the middle of hassle since the break started. People have been calling and asking him questions and friends have been asking for some extra cheese. He says he has had railbirds on his tail.

Schwartz thinks that the break has destroyed the whole integrity of the tournament. The purity and antiquity of the tournament have been liquidated into pure greed and capitalism. He thinks that the decision of ESPN and Harrah’s to pause the tournament for four months was indeed motivated by money.
Ylon is also disinterested about the publicity he is getting, because he got involved in poker because of the underground in the first place. He didn’t want to have a day job and to be part of the mainstream and poker seemed like a good way to make a living.
He thinks that the final table will be a completely separate tournament because of the break. He thinks it as a deep stack sit & go tournament, not as continuation of a longer tournament. Schwartz is expecting a long session, because most of the players have very deep stacks and the levels are long. He don’t have any particular strategy for the final table, because poker is about adjusting for the way other players are playing.
Schwartz have played in tournaments during the break and done well, but admits that it is hard to play regular poker when you are tuned in something. His mind has been getting ready for the final table.
Ylon also thanks his sponsor, the biggest online poker room in the world, PokerStars who has treated him well. He thinks that he will represent them for a while and then propably retire. After all, he has been gambling for about 20 years now.
The Final Table of WSOP 2008 will start on 9th of November.
