Sorel Mizzi caught cheating again?

Rumors at both pocket fives forum and 2+2 forum suppose that Mizzi has been caught cheating during WCOOP at PokerStars this year and his account has been banned. Mizzi has been using account nicknamed zangbezan24 and the account has now been banned. Here is what apparently the PokerStars support answered to a 2+2 user questioning about the issue:

Thanks for writing. As you correctly pointed out, we cannot share account information with athird party, therefore I cannot give you any details on the “Zangbezan24″issue, other than assuring you that action has been taken against thisplayer. However, I have forwarded your email the Game Security department,who might be able to tell you more, should they find it appropriate. Please let us know if you have any further queries.

PokerStars have also banned a user nicknamed Etoi who won Sunday Warm Up couple weeks ago, because the account was handed off to an another player. It is also speculated that perhaps Mizzi have used this account and the ban of his account would be because of this.

If this rumor end up being true it can mean end to the poker career of Mizzi. No one likes the cheater and even less after you tell everyone how you have changed and cheat again. Still it is too early to make any judgements without much relevant evidence. Mizzi was interviewed just couple days ago in PokerRoad radio and he distanced himself from JJProdigy, other notable poker player who have been caught cheating.

We’ll see what will happen about this issue. I’m sure more information will soon come regarding this matter if it turns out to be true.
