Doyle writes about his trip to London

Doyle says that he feels like train has ran over him, he felt so tired. His wife wanted to go upstairs to make love, but Doyle said she have to choose one or the other, because he was too tired to do both. He was already tired after trip to Macau, but felt like he had to go to WSOPE ,so now he must feel even more exhausted.

Doyle says that he liked the new structure of tournaments, levels were long so it was possible to play good poker. One thing that was problem for him was that he couldn’t find any good places where to eat. His favorite spot was a Subway located near his hotel, where prices were double that in Doyles home.

He feel that he played well because he went deep in all three tournaments he played. He noticed that Europeans have become better in playing hold’em. Especially Scandinavian player impressed Doyle and there were five of them at his table in the main event.

Brunson also mentions the heads up battle against last years WSOPE winner Annette Obrestad. he thinks it is good for poker that Obrestad won last year. He also think that she played well and was comfortable playing against him.

Last thing he mentions is the debate between vice president candidates. He think both candidates did well, even though Palin was supposed to get beaten. He says that he haven’t made his mind about these elections but hopes that everyone, who have possibility to do so, should vote.
