This week was again packed with action at the big tables - positive thing was that the games at Betfairs big $250/500 tables were on a bit more than usual.

Action at Betfair

For example one day there were 2 heads up $250/500 NHL tables going and 2 $100/200 6 max tables also being played.

Not for the first time this month Len69, a player based in the UK, totally destroyed all the tables leaving with a nice profits in all of the four tables he played in. He won around $110k in these sessions.

In both of the heads up tables Len69 showed why he is feared by nearly every player at Betfair. He grinded away his opponent ‘jfsniudsuif’ by taking down a lot of small and medium sized pots.

The biggest pot of the match came when Len69 called a check-raise all in on the turn holding KQ for a top pair:

Later in the week we saw also Sami “LarsLuzak” Kelopuro playing at the tables under his screenname EskiMoes7 - facing the Danish “jfsniudsuif”.

The Dane started the games strongly - he first won over $100.000 very quickly from Kelopuro. But then Kelopuro got back into the game and started beating “jfsniudsuif” constantly.

Noticing the change of tide the Dane decided to quit while he still was up about $40-50k.

Here is the biggest hand of the session:

Erich Kollman

We were very happy to see one of our favourite players Erich Kollmann playing some deep stack $50/100 PLO with “boygotgame” at Full Tilt Poker. There is one reason for us liking him- he gives so much action!

At the session were we spotted him he didn’t disappoint us in the amount of action - but unfortunately he left the table with a $64k loss…

It took only a couple of hands for both players to put their double stacks into the pot when Erich held top two pair on the turn, but was drawing dead to his opponents top set!

Boygotgame then fired up the aggression on trying to bully Kollman - but Erich made some really nice calls even when the board was showing straight or flush possibilities. Unfortunately for him his opponent drew out on him on a couple of occasions where he called when leading with a big margin.

The biggest pot of the match came when “boygotgame” rivered the nut straight against Erich and got paid off:

Erich was running quite bad during the whole session - losing the last big $36k hand holding a set against his opponents draws again.

Let’s hope Erich moves up the limits and meets Ziigmund or Patrik Antonius as this would be a very sick encounter!
