Place your bets! Prepare for the Main Event! Who is your favourite to win the WSOP Main Event played out in November?

Lots of comments made in different forums and some sites are making polls over this. Here is the result of one:

-Scott Montgomery is the number 1?

Team Full Tilt Poker member Scott Montgomery is the choice to win the World Series of Poker according to a DuplicatePoker.com poll. Twenty-nine percent of 1106 poker players surveyed named Canadian Scott Montgomery a 2-to-1 margin over the rest of the November Nine finalists. Ivan Demidov (Russia) and chip leader Illinois-resident Dennis Phillips, already seated in position one at the Final Table with 26 million chips, were named by 13 and 12 percent as the expected runners-up. Montgomery also was voted the most skilled WSOP finalists and most likely to win the tournament.

The Duplicate Poker Poll revealed the widespread believe that skill has everything to do with poker success. Nearly 90 percent said skill had greater impact on poker success than luck.
