WSOP: High Stakes legend Ted Forrest almost makes it

Legendary name from “the Big Game” Ted Forrest was surely the heavy favourite to take down the $2.000 Omaha Hi/Lo event when he faced the 25 years old Andrew Brown in the final heads-up.

Forest was getting quite superstitious during the final table - ordering drinks but not drinking them. At one point he had 3 unopened water bottles and 3 unopened energy drinks in front of him
During the heads-up Brown managed to knock Forrest down to 150,000 in chips before Forrest catched up. Soon they were both back up having over 1 million in chips. But then after a few big hands Brown finishes the tournament and wins $226.483, leaving $143.420 to Forrest.
Surely the money doesn’t have the same feeling for Forrest as his 6th bracelet would have done.
Andrew Brown called himself as “the best PLO player nobody knows”… lets see if we get to see him a bit more, hopefully at Full Tilt Poker!
