Some more action at Full Tilt Poker

Phil Ivey and trex313’s fearsome heads up battle continued today for about 45 minutes before Ivey had to leave. Ivey was keen to continue the match, but we saw no signs of his return.

As usual aggression is not something that we lack when these two players meet. Trex took down two ~$20k pots, before Ivey added on around $32k.

The biggest pot of the session came when Phil Ivey standard raised from the button and Trex313 called. The flop was 910Q with 2 hearts and both players checked. Trex check raised the 10 diamonds turn and Ivey called. Trex bet 70% of the pot on the river and Ivey called. Ivey must have tried a slow play with a big queen only to get outdrawn.

Trex picked up a $26k pot later on and a few hands later Ivey had to leave… Trex made a modest $28k from that session.

Brad Booth and Paul Wasicka showing up:

We don’t often see Brad Booth at the FT tables, but today he was playing some $25/50 PLO and heads up NLH. He finished the heads up session with with a $10k profit over BigeyeFish.

Paul Wasicka also made a rather longish visit to the $10/20 NLH 6 max tables. He earned about $14k+ profit whilst dominating every table he visited.

Nice $8k-Cap session:

Yesterday on in the day the only tables going were the $100/200 PLO with an $8k on them. Halfdozen99 was the player that dominated $100/200 PLO $8k cap with a huge $84k+ win.

There weren’t many big names at the tables, but a lot of great action. Other player that left with nice wins were Theashman103 with about $36k, Schoit with about $26k and Rob Hollink with around $20k. Tsarrast was the biggest looser of the game with well over $60k in losses.
